All “official” wedding events will be on the property of L’auberge de Sedona (click link for a map of the property).

If you will be driving and parking at L’auberge for the duration of the event only (for both Friday & Saturday night), there is no parking fee. It is valet parking and the valets do not accept tips (if you are staying at L’auberge overnight, there is an overnight parking fee).
If you will be walking down from The Orchards Inn, there is a long staircase by the pool that will take you down to the L’auberge property. The hotel staff will be able to direct you to the staircase.

3:30 – 4 p.m. Rehearsal

We are not having a wedding party. The rehearsal will be for our immediate families, our piano player (Connor!), & anyone else who would like to watch 🙂
5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m Welcoming Reception
Location: Creek Flagstone (outdoors, in front of the Creek House)
Attire: CasualDirections: Coming from the valet parking area, the Creek House is located to the left of the resort lobby and restaurant. You can also ask the L’auberge staff for directions to the Creek House.
We will have lawn games out both Friday and Saturday evening. For Friday night, please dress casual and be comfortable (be comfortable Saturday too)! We will be outside for the Friday event. There will be a fajita station and open bar on Friday. The event will be from 5 to 9 Friday evening, with the open bar closing at 8:30 p.m.

Attire: Cocktail (we will be outside and it will likely be hot – there is no strict dress code. Please be comfortable!)
Directions: We will have signs up for the location of the ceremony & reception. Coming from the valet parking area, you will walk back towards the creek and the ceremony will be setup on the lawn to the right of the restaurant.
5:30 p.m. Cocktail Hour
Location: Creek Deck (outdoors, in front of the Creek House)
6:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Dinner & Reception
Location: Creek Flagstone (outdoors, in front of the Creek House – see directions above for the Friday night event, it is the same location)
We will have an open bar during the reception until 8:30 p.m. From 8:30 to 11, it will be a cash bar. There is no ATM on the L’auberge property.
Due to Sedona’s 9 p.m. sound ordinance, the reception will move inside the Creek House around that time.
